This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how to cancel your subscription. It applies to all purchases of VisCharts subscriptions made through VisCharts.com. By purchasing, you agree to the terms set out below and in our Terms of Service.
New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase. If you are not satisfied with VisCharts for any reason, simply email us within that window and we will refund your payment in full. This guarantee applies once, to a customer's first purchase only.
Once the 7-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable. This includes renewals and any subscription period that is partially used or unused. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
To request a refund within the eligible window, email contact@vischarts.com from the email address used at checkout, including your order or payment details. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund — refunds are governed by the 7-day window above. To cancel, contact us at VisCharts.com/contact or contact@vischarts.com.
